We failed you – right?
Your expectations – oh, so great.
A safe harbour – a dream
After all, that violence, does it make any sense?
That circled violence
‘round and ‘round
We failed you – under the sea
there are no harbours, no dreams.
We wanted it, we raped it, we hated it,
We-violence
We are the violence that failed your heart.
